New travel encounters and a new side-quest that are exclusive to the Nimpossible Mode are also added. If they die with no more Nimp Heads though, the death is considered permanent and the auto-save file is deleted. When a player dies, they can resurrect themselves by using a Nimp Head and even have some time to strategically choose where they’ll come back in an area. The mode works by removing the option to manually save and limiting players to the auto-save only. It adds something players have wanted for a while now: a perma-death mode. “Nimpossible Mode” is the name of the new game mode, and it has been a long time coming for the community, having been announced along with Weird West‘s roadmap back in April.
